What does an InnoviAi assessment look like?

How soon can you start a new engagement?

For most engagements, two to four weeks from initial contact to kickoff. Discovery typically runs one to two weeks; we sequence implementation around your team's capacity, not ours. Urgent rescue engagements (existing project in trouble) can start inside one week.

Do you take international engagements?

Yes, in select global cities — typically when an engagement touches our existing client portfolio or sector expertise (utilities, public sector, healthcare). We have shipped production work for clients in Europe and the UK. We do not take engagements where time-zone overlap with the US is below four hours.
