A roadmap, then a workflow, then a retainer. Most clients walk this path.

Most engagements start with an Operations Diagnostic — two weeks of structured discovery that produces a written roadmap. From there, the path is usually a Sprint (building the recommended workflow) or a Rescue (if there's a failed pilot to fix first). After go-live, most clients move into a Fractional retainer within 60 days, so the deployed system has someone watching it.

Each engagement is sized to stand on its own — you can stop after any of them. But the sequence is designed so that what we learn in the Diagnostic shapes the Sprint scope, what we ship in the Sprint anchors the Fractional retainer, and so on. Compounding context, not restarting at every step.
